"The check-in process was incredibly terrible. At first they told us that a reservation was nowhere to be found and that there is an issue with Expedia and that I had to deal with them.
I was then told by expedia's local representative that my booking was canceled because I came in late past the check in time , which makes absolutely no sense. "
