"It is a fantastic hotel with extremely pleasent stuff. There were some minor things to complain - like there is no kettle in the apartment to make tee or coffee. It is winter time, everyone likes tee or coffee after skiing. Also, hot tub is bad. This is also something that you would enjoy after skiing. But, everything else was great, it was Christmas amd and very charming "

"The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!"

"The hotel was immediately off of the highway, so really convenient to get to. It is relatively quiet, very clean and reasonably comfortable. WiFi was great and there is ample parking on site. There is a restaurant in the hotel (I did not dine there) and the drive to other options is very close. I would not hesitate to stay there again. "

"The hotel is right at the heart of the city Villach. It has a special charm as the building is historic, but all facilities and rooms are brought up to standard and met our expectations. At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. We thought it is nice that the church bell started at 8:30am and not earlier :-). It didn't bother us. Parking is available but might cost extra. The parking...

Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering). "
