"Clean room, staff was great, restaurants were fun! Remodeling is taking place so some signs of construction. No noise that we noticed, just signs of a hopefully siccessful remodel. Stay here every time we come to Orioles games."

"Check in is supposed to be at 3. We were not allowed to check in until 6:30 because they overbooked. We asked for a late check-out and we were denied. Once we got into our room we dropped our bags off and were going to head downstairs. We came back to find that housekeeping had returned to finish cleaning our room. The front desk said check-out was at noon. The next morning at 11:00 am house keeping was knocking on our door to leave."

"Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel."

"I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost...

"This is a great place to stay around the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. Just know if you're going to stay in the city, you will hear the city. Earplugs for sleeping are a must, in my opinion. I visit the city once a year for a trade show and this is the closest I've ever stayed to the Convention Center, which was great. Free parking was wonderful in a very safe and secure garage.
