"We had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was ok, it was a bit weird the clerk couldn't find Netherlands in their register, but in the end they gave us Seattle as home address which worked for me. The room had enough space and there were enough amenities. I had a view on a church on a hill. I fortunately didn't share any walls with other rooms, but there is a recurring noise pollution of slamming doors due to the nature of the doors. I think the hotel should do something about...

"Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und sehr luxuriös. Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Auch die Zimmerausstattung war Top und alles war sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist sehr einladend, nur sind etwas wenige Liegen vorhanden. Das Essen am Pool war in Ordnung, aber das Frühstück war wirklich grandios. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber so lecker und vielseitig waren es schon lange nicht mehr - Weltklasse! "

"The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they don’t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. "Not suitable for business stays. The hotel was like kindergarten. I could not sleep because around 20-25 kids were running and playing in the coridor of the hotel all night. And the issue is the responsible person were not around them to take care of them. In my last night I sleep only for few hours after I tell the reception that I am going to call the police because of the noise."

"This is among my best stays in Romania. The hotel is newish, excellent location near main st, staff polite and trained, room, cleanliness, everything just they way it should be. the price? a deal. just don't loose time finding another place to stay while in Brasov. by car you can get anywhere in the city. this is notr an inconvenience."
