"No microwave, unless you’d like to rent one??
Requested coffee for the room for my wife and I, we were there for 6 nights, as I told the front desk. They brought 2 coffee packets, no coffee cups, but a sackful of towels. Would not stay at this location again. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. After I checked in I noticed there were some mechanical issues in my room. They sent engineering immediately and ended up having to switch rooms. They assisted me with the switch and gave me a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Very pleased with their prompt and professional response to this issue."

"AC was out for 24 hours and we weren’t notified until we arrived at 8PM after driving 6.5 hrs. No other availability so had to sleep in 84’ room for more than $250. No apologies, no rebates, no offers. Unacceptable. "
