"Our room was on a floor with a youth hockey team. The young boys ran through the hallways, yelling and screaming, and banged on our door well past 10 pm. We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids.The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." "Room was clean and modern. Hot Tub was really hot and pool was great for kids. Gym facilities were great for the size. Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and service was excellent.
Property is showing its age in the corners. During our visit one elevator was not working so it was busy with one working to service all the floors. The elevator that was working was expired for its safety certification by 3 months. That in itself is telling with regards to priorities. ...

"Great room. Great staff. We didn’t eat there but it looked nice. The inside of the hotel has a classic feel not too modern. Very clean, just unique.
