"Nice location and a good safe for the valuables. Ramps to/from the hotel are not safe. No WiFi instructions and the TV doesn’t connect to the internet. Trash lid at bathroom needs to be opened by hand. No microwave and mini fridge. Overall not worth the stay."

"Visually sight the room before making a non-refundable payment! The room they advertised looked NOTHING like the room they gave me. My room had an 18" by 4' window slit that looked into the lobby and did not open. It was the most claustrophobic room I've ever stayed in. I understand businesses need to make money, but it is simply dishonest to advertise one thing, collect payment, and then provide something else. I would like to ask the hotel, if you bought a Porche, paid cash, and then were given a Peugeot, how would you feel? I would like my money back."

"Very hip modern hotel in a great location. Updated tech with a self check in kiosk. Lots of great, funky lounge spaces as well as a restaurant/bar on the main level. The cozy king room is extremely small with the bed built in to the wall. Clearly trying to use space efficiently which was fine for one night to explore the city but wouldn’t recommend if staying longer if you plan on being in the room a lot. "
