"Very nice hotel. Renovations have brought it back to a lot of its old grandeur! Parking on the street saved us $25.00. Room was smaller than most nice hotels however. More work is needed in the hallways on the door frames and crown molding."

"In Syracuse, the "airport" hotels are not close to the airport terminal. They are all about 5 to 6 miles away. This hotel does a very good job with their shuttle service(s). The room is as clean as most business hotels these days, but I wouldn't give it more than 4 stars. The desk and restaurant staff are very good."

"It’s a beautiful property on the lake. Walkable to town and we kayaked off the dock at the Inn and had drinks on their dock overlooking the water. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. It’s an old home converted to an Inn so the rooms are not handicapped accessible so know you’ll need to climb stairs. Breakfast was continental with selection of muffins, cereals, cheeses. "

"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
