"This hotel was clean, no weird smells, and in a good area and we loved the space theme. Everything worked, the place was well kept and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. And only a 12 min drive from Busch Stadium. My only complaint is that the onsite electric vehicle charger was down and that wasnt stated on expedia or on the hotel website. But there are plenty of places to charge in St. Louis. "

"The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...
