The room was beautiful, the valet staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the girl that checked me in had a bit of an attitude, but over all our stay was amazing. "We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for. Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee. "

"The days that we stayed was worth the long bus ride. The hotel staff was very welcoming. We got a chance to explore the area a little. So many things to do, very much loved the scenery and the food was amazing. During our stay we ventured to the convention center for a local convention it was awesome and so much fun. I'd highly recommend this hotel for leisure, business, family fun, etc. 100/10."
