"We booked this property through Expedia expecting a clean, comfortable, and functional home for our family. Instead, we arrived to completely unlivable conditions. The home had a severe pest infestation, specifically roaches and spiders. Furthermore, the air conditioning system was entirely broken and failing to cool the house.
