"We had a great stay at this hotel while in town for the BTS concert. The location was very convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the rates were noticeably higher because of the BTS concert but, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

I am allergic to nicotine, and when my car was returned, there was a strong cigarette smell inside, particularly around the driver’s seat. It appeared that the driver may have been smoking before or while handling my vehicle. I had to pull over afterward and sanitize my car because the smell and secondhand smoke were irritating. "Very nice hotel. Although we didn't get the room we had booked,the staffwas very accommodating and fixed the problem right away to a very nice upgrade room. A mistake is just what it is "a mistake ". Things happen and my husband and I both were in no way upset about it. The staff was pleasant and kind. The sign in the lobby did say that the hotel is going through something renovations. Still a very nice hotel. I have stayed at this location numerous times in the past. So yes I would recommend...
