Jiande Hotel Guide - 4 Stars Hotels in Jiande, Hangzhou

"Very comfortable and cosy hotel with great views of the lake"

"Really like the grounds and lobby."

"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. I called the hotel myself, who generously offered a refund, and only then...

"The hotel is centrally located. But it feels old, and dampness. Not so much service. Free parking, plenty of space on the ground level. Paid $110 including breakfast, while local people only pay $70 for the same room including breakfast. "

"Very nice resort. Some amenities needs maintenance"

"very nice hotel, very clean, breakfast buffet was very good with lot of choice, western and chinese, and very good point, at the reception and at the restaurant, ther eis some people who speak english!"

"Restaurant offers good selection of dishes; friendly and helpful staff; my personal comb was missing after the first day."
