"To be honest, the staff really was the centerpiece of the stay. From check-in to a welcome call from the concierge, and the housekeepers who made our bed every day—everyone was amazing. I can’t thank the Hilton staff enough for making us feel so cared for and going above and beyond. Big mahalo to every point of contact! <3"

"Decent location however street noise was pretty loud esp when you face the main road . Reception was not very enthused to ck us in and did not go over any amenities . Valet also quite rude as we had 3 children and when we were unloading he drove our van up to the parkade and when we came down for our second load we asked what happened to our van and he said he drove it up , He asked us to go up the parkade and retrieve our stuff . It had rained and the parkade slope was wet and it was an accident waiting to happen and I told him we are paying $55 per night for valet and I was not going to walk up there . He relented and drove our van back down . 🙁. Not a great way to start a vacation . "

"Comfortable, affordable, well located hotel in Waikiki, a short walk from the beach. The front desk staff was accommodating. The only thing that worked on the TV was YouTube, all the other apps did not work, none of the channels worked. Fortunately we didn’t go there to watch TV but would have been nice to have it on the rainy days, and while we were packing."
