"Valet was nice at arriving and departing. Front desk was slow but she was nice. Apologetic about how far the walk to the room was, & it was far! And that it would be tricky getting there, and it was, but not too bad! Worst thing is Room 1083 was not clean.
First entering it was musty and smelt of body odor. We tried to air it out. Saw what appeared to be water spots on desk/table, took a Clorox wipe to wipe it down, the wipe turned brown. Therefore wiped all table & counter surfaces with same...

"Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier."

"We had a great time at this property. It felt private, quiet and very accessible, while still also having access to the bigger Hilton property in the area. We stayed in a junior suite and every amenity possible, was provided, including laundry soap (we had an in-unit washer and dryer, which was so nice!). We will definitely stay here again."

"We have stayed there twice, already planning our third visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant. Ocean view was amazing. My only negative statement would be, it does not make sense having parents’ breakfast included, but paying for kids for buffet breakfast (would be better if breakfast was included for whole party)"

"広い敷地内にあり、海、山、岩場、ゴルフコースに囲まれた大自然の豊かさを身近に感じられる閑静なコンドミニアムでした。写真通りの広さ、写真で見るより豪華で広い室内。7泊しましたが、ひと月位いられそうな快適さ。ランドリーも冷 蔵庫も最新式で使いやすい。
チェックインは4時ですが3時に着いてしまって、急いで掃除を終わらせてくださりアーリーチェックインさせてくださいました。フロントの方々もフレンドリーで臨機応変。難点は、バスタブの切り替えスイッチが固くて扱いづらい事。あと日本人としてはウォシュレットとハンディシャワー(固定ではない)があれば言う事なし。
マウナラニというパワースポットに滞在できた事は幸せな体験でした。ハワイ島の滞在は今後ココ一択です。"

"Checking in with my family in late evening. Unloaded our luggage. The over all area looked expensive, very nice location near beach. Inside location, furniture was old. Like grandmas house. We noticed a few spider webs in corners of different rooms. Not too alarming. With was alarming were the spider webs underneath the beds. I’m not talking about a few webs, it was horrible behind and underneath the beds. I wasn’t letting my family stay in a dirty room. It’s like they only cleaned the walkway,...
