"There were stains on the sheets so we slept on top of them. Stains on the window blinds, a/c was meh, bathroom toilet handle loose, room smelled musty and was sticky. Towels were stiff. Honestly if we didn’t need to stay there we would have immediately left."

"Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful.
Room was just ok.
Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor.
Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."

"I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin."
