"Large comfortable rooms but this is not a holiday hotel. Very definitely a business place which would be good for a night near Lamezia Terme airport if required. "La camera presentava diversi problemi: corda della doccia rotta, tenda strappata, lampadina non funzionante e nel comodino ho trovato persino un fazzoletto usato. Il frigorifero era rotto e non ci è stata data alcuna alternativa. Anche le sdraio in piscina sono vecchie e usurate, non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception e ci era stato detto che avremmo ricevuto un rimborso, ma il servizio clienti ha smesso di rispondere alle mail e non abbiamo ottenuto...
