"Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Un friendly and under staffed hotel. Poorly managed by Monique Reyes. Would never go back or recommend this to anyone. If you are wanting to order room service, don't do it. Took forever, came cold and in to go bags. The poor girl who dropped it off even said I deserved to complain about it. Shower smelled like mildew. There were no fresh linens left for the day on night 2 of our stay. We also order Postmates for breakfast since the room service was so bad...

After speaking to the valet attendant he said that we could leave the rental car there while we checked in and took our luggage to our room. We would return because we were taking the car back to the rental car agency. When we returned, the valet had taken the car to park it and was going to charge us $56. For less than an hour. The manager came over and waived...
