"The hotel and room view were amazing! I stayed on the lakeside King room with Sleeper couch. Also had a great dinner experience, staff was amazing and really took care of me when item I wished from menu wasn't readily available, 100% recommend this location!"

"Parking was limited and we had to use concierge the first night. Staff was wonderful, we did not get the chance to try breakfast but I'm sure it would have been wonderful too. "

"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

"I was without heat in the Apartment for 5 days. And then my car was stolen and hasn’t been recovered. Tried to let them know, I know they couldn’t do anything. But just wanted them to be aware. Maybe cancel their contract with the apartment. No a word, even a sorry"
