"The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!"

"The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and it was a lovely stay. Only negative comment was the sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t great. You could hear the traffic and door banging."

"The property is well-maintained and is situated in the center of many popular attractions. The staff was responsive to my requests for an apple-cutting knife for my room, as well as some bandaids. The room was cleaned daily and was quite nice. The 4 Lakes and 2 Ricers scenic area is right across the street. Elephant Trunk Hill is a short walk away, as are the Pedestrian Streets."

"Great location, clean & very comfy room. Bedding and linens are fluffy. Buffet breakfast included was also good with many variety for Chinese food, but very little Western food choices. Highly recommend and will stay again if returning to Guilin."

"For my entire trip around Guilin, Hong Kong and Beijing, this hotel is truly the best one I stayed at. Yes its a bit more than what you can get locally, but what a delight this hotel experience was. The location being right by the river for an enjoyable day or evening walk to the exceptional - i say exceptional - service from the front desk. The rooms are nice and clean. My girlfriend wanted to try a different hotel every night and so i was quite sad that we couldn't stay here the rest of...
