"AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I won't call it a resort, it doesn't deserve.
All lights in the room were out of order in the morning. No compensation, no sorry from the front desk. The staff first asked "have you called the tech?" Dude, I just got up and found lights broken. I need to went outside to buy food hence let you know first. They said this twice even if I told them the reason when I stop by the front desk. I'd imagine the first thing they should say is "sorry for the inconvenience" instead...

"When we first got there 30 minutes before check in we were told at the gate we would have to pay $75 for early check in - we said we just want to park and walk around - after an argument they let us check in 30 minutes early - we were the only car in the parking lot of what looked like a 200 room resort. The place was creepy - then I was told that I only made the reservation for 1 person rather than a room do had to pay $100 per night for my husband - the AC in the room was broken and it was...
