"The hotel staff were kind, and helpful. The Valet service is AWFUL! It was $110 for 2 days. I called my car as they said it would be 5-7minutes. 40 minutes, 6 phone calls and a call to the main hotel later my car arrived. I was told “I was asleep and my phone was on silence.” The restaurant staff were having a verbal altercation in the middle of the restaurant with a lot of patrons. The rooms having nothing but a small fridge. No coffee pot or microwave."

"I was really enjoying the property and satisfied with the room until my last day when the water turned brown in the bathroom. My husband call for maintenance but we had to go to the front desk to ask for a late check out because we needed to wait for the water conditioning to be replaced.
