"Our stay at UNA Galles Milano was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The young gentleman who assisted us during check-in was very kind, attentive and friendly, he took time to explain everything clearly and even helped us by reserving at a near restaurant. "I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received from the team at Hotel Berna.
After my stay, I realized I had left my watch at the hotel. The Hotel Berna team quickly located it and sent me photos to confirm it had been found.
They safely kept the watch for me and kindly assisted with the UPS pickup when I arranged its return shipment. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, my watch arrived safely back home.
