"Súper caro parqueo 80 dólares al día con taxes y n la piscina no te dejan la cuenta abierta y cada vez q te vas a comprar un trago te ponen obligado 18% de propina por cada trago q te comprar, luego la piscina asta la 7 de la noche nada más ahora q oscurece tarde sin música ni nada esto es de los peores lugares donde me e quedado en miami está sobrevalorado "

"This is a very nice hotel. Excellent pool, indoor/outdoor bar, location, and rooms are cosmetic surgery immaculate. The issue is this place is noisy, music obnoxious-level blaring from 10am-11pm. If you are in building 2 it sucks; feels more like a nightclub than hotel. We love south beach but the hotel should offer some respite from the nonstop street and restaurant noise. Long story short this is the right hotel if you want to sleep in a disco but not the right one if you want some...

"Hotel was clean and the lobby bar was great. But our room did not have a tv that you could see from the bed. 2 of the 3 pools were closed all weekend and we were not informed beforehand. The staff were very friendly and helped whenever needed."
