"We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka. The location is incredible for being across the street from Namba station and the adjoined shopping Mega centers Namba Nankai/Namba parks. Dotonburi was a short 10min walk from the front door, and nearly any other attractions you may want to visit are about 30mins away but train, all available at the station 5mins away. The staff were wonderful, everyone was cheerful and helpful. We spoke pretty broken japanese, but the staff we interacted...

"We stayed for 3 nights. 2 bottles of water were given only on the first day as they said water was just welcome drink. The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water. One of the male staff was very rude. The only good thing...

"Hotel is situated close enough to Namba subway station ( about 10 mins walk) , yet is in a bit of a quite area which was a nice place to come home to after a day of sightseeing and shopping in the busy streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch along with the free toiletries. There is a Lawson store conveniently located just steps away on the second floor, which also has a department store and ramen shops nearby. The only critique I have is the room cleanliness. Perhaps it was a one...
