"Not happy at all with this stay. The property feels outdated, and the rooms were not cleaned to the standard you would expect for the price being charged. The pool area is very small and also looks old and poorly maintained.
What was most disappointing was arriving at check-in time only to find that our room was not ready. When we raised the issue, staff promised refunds or compensation that never materialized. It felt misleading and very frustrating.

"Our room was amazing. Very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. Parking is OK. There is a parking garage a block or 2 away. We would definitely stay again."

"Staff were wonderful! We left by 6am on a Sunday and they were great about letting us have an English muffin and coffee before it was even available. Room was never cleaned and we had a 4 night stay. They only emptied trash can. Bar was great! This was our second stay in 6 months."
