"The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. "This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. "During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip.
