"Room carpet had an odor and was worn..furniture in room old and dated.Had to hunt for the valet to park and retrieve my vehicle on more than one occasion. Probably won't come back..not enough bang for the buck!"

"We showed up at 6 PM with 3 rooms booked, due to lack of clean rooms were only able to claim one of the rooms after about a half hour wait, got the other rooms at 1130 at night. We weren't offered anything for the inconvenience, and the rooms we got weren't the type booked. The hotel was nice, but if check in is at 4, and at 6 you still can't get into your room..."

"The service at the 2nd floor bar was absolutely terrible. Was there in the afternoon and again at night very slow and line ups 20 people deep. Then order room service at 12:00 am. It took them an hour to bring my food to the room. The food and beverage service was terrible"

"The property was clean and staff very friendly. The halls need some carpet cleaning as they smelled musty and our shower curtain smelled like it hadn’t been washed in months."

"Clean, kind staff, fresh cookie, shower felt nice, roomy bathroom and tv was good. Pool, parking everything easy. I just wish the staff had given us a heads up about the side doors available closer to our room as opposed to walking from lobby! But wonderful"

"The customer service was good. They were very helpful. The room was very nice but housekeeping didn’t clean the room very well. The comforter had yellow stain on it. They didn’t clean under the let out couch. They didn’t leave any extra Linen in the room. So we had to call room service. But they did bring it. Overall the stay was cool the lady at the front desk was nice and tried to be accommodating as much as possible . She gave us a voucher. I have stayed there before I love that place. I...
