"Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored.
Everything else was great-also a shuttle service to the shops at La Cantera where...

"While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue."

"It was a busy weekend with the holiday so I understand a few things. There was only 1 working elevator. It was very shaky as well. It was very dirty. The hallways were stale and hot. Room was decent. Comforter had yellow stains and shower had hair on the wall. We went for the location to Fiesta Texas which it was fairly conveniently located."
