"I booked a room with a king bed to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family and the hotel gave me a double bed (2 full size beds) and blamed the booking issue on Expedia with no remedies. The water was also lukewarm, barely hot enough for a shower.
One pro was that the bathroom on the mezzanine floor has a changing table with liners in both the men and women's bathrooms.
Staff are slow and need to be called multiple times to bring things to the room.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved The Inn at Fox Hollow!
Super clean, great location for Hofstra, and the staff was unbelievably friendly (and thankfully had a great sense of humor when I confidently said “Of course I have my phone”… while it was still sitting at breakfast 😅).
Breakfast was excellent, and the dinner amenity was such a nice bonus too. We loved it so much we’re already planning to stay again for move-in week—and we want to bring our parents too… so please feel free to hook us up 😉

"The staff is very nice so it pains me to write this review. But, the condition of the room was DISGUSTING. We stayed in the Annex as it is dog friendly. It looked like a Motel 6 where they house the homeless. Curtains pushed up against the windows. Stained hallway carpets. Really gross. Bad pillows. We left a day early without a refund...it was that bad. I also got hives due to the chemicals they clean with. On top of it all, the free breakfast was unedible. What is really sad is that this place...
