"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, solo eso. La barrera del idioma es difícil hasta con sus gerentes. La empleada de limpieza entró a nuestra habitación a pesar de tener doble letrero de “no molestar”. El desayuno es limitado y los huevos siempre vienen muy crudos. Muy bonita vista y ubicación si vas por negocios. Tiene lavandería self serve por si necesitas tu mismo lavar algo durante tu estadía. "

"Located right on shopping strip. Convenient to shopping and other attractions. Staff were very friendly and ready to serve. 24 hours laundry free service. Good breakfast and free tea/coffee during the day. One note that the location is not accessible via car due to located right on shopping strip. A few steps from main road. Recommend hotel’s phone number to call ahead. We stayed for 4 nights. Great hotel. "

"The hotel is very nice, the staff is very nioce. The pnly thing-0 the gym needs to be brushed up, looks a little dusty, not fresh. Also I was tryomg to get to the swimming pool and i was told that is out of servise. This was a disappointment for me. I book this hotel specifically because of pool in the description."

"The experience was terrible. When I checked in, a hotel staff held up an amount of RMB 2000 in my credit card as deposit for my room. Later on, a staff called me 4 times in 6 hours at 15:52, 17:04, 18:16 and 21:46 respectively. Per above calls, I noted that the hotel wrongly charged $2000 on my credit card instead of holding up the amount as deposit. During the call at 21:46, the hotel staff urged me to come back.
