We contacted the property managers to ask the upstairs neighbors to keep it down after 10pm so she can get a decent nights sleep. They were somewhat cooperative but still noisy. We could hear every step, cough and phone text buzz. The walls must’ve been very thin. "It is advertised incorrectly. There is a queen bed in a separate bedroom and a futon style sofa in the main room. The futon is not very comfortable, but the queen bed is okay. The water in the shower is warm, but if you like hot showers, I wouldn’t recommend it. It was clean and had a nice sized kitchen and refrigerator though. "
