Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. "My review is mixed. We had a corner room with great views. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was very walkable to the falls and near by plenty of restaurants and a park. The lobby - which was HUGE smell horribly of smoke. I hated having to go through there to get to the elevator, go to the stores or restaurants in the resort. We are not smokers - and it was bad enough that I will choose a different hotel next time around. Also - one came to clean our room during our 3 night stay. No garbage was emptied, no towels replaced etc. Don’t really care about not changing the towels - but our little waste paper baskets were full and overflowing. Not the best experience with room care."
