"The property was convenient to get to and the room was nice. I was not thrilled with the pillows which were too soft for my liking. The staff at check-in seemed a little rushed and I had to ask her to repeat herself, but other staff were very friendly and helpful.
The one downside for me was the room overlooked the pool and if you wanted a quiet room this is definitely not a good location."

"This is a nice hotel, walkable to campus. However, they tried to ignore my Expedia rate and book me in at a considerably higher rate. What was worse, I had prepaid an Expedia deposit which they had no record of. I was able to show them my email as proof. They had no interest in solving this issue for me and kept waving me off, telling me to take care of it myself later on. Upon checkout, they send you a text, instructing you to text that you have departed and they will send your final bill...

"The Grand Victorian Manor at Boonville, Missouri is a rare find. We stayed in the Rose Room. The accommodations were excellent. The hosts were superb. I would highly recommend this B&B."
