"The staff are fantastic. We arrived hours before check in, but Marisol was terrific. She offered to pre-check us in and store our luggage if we wanted to go out. She said she would call when our room was ready, which she did as promised. When we arrived back, she took the time to review our VIP perks, inform us of the complimentary coffee in the morning and cookies and milk at night, which if you stay there, definitely take advantage of both. "This is a GREAT hotel. Rooms and public areas are spotless, like new and FUN. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Parking Staff very helpful on a very busy street and almost no wait to pick up the car when leaving. "

"The hotel was great. Dining available in the hotel and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was nice, but do not pay for views because you'll be looking at the construction on the block. The only thing I did not like was the cooling device/refrigerator. It is more of a space for drinks and does not stay cold enough to truly keep food cold. Other than that, it was a great visit! "
