"Tempatnya bagus,ongsennya juga ok,pas disana hujan salju, sekitar tempat penginapan penuh dg salju,staff nya semua ramah, saat disana cari makan susah
restoran tutup, hanya ada 1 restoran yg buka,tapi saat itu uda tutup jam 6 PM, dinner di penginapan hrus reserved dulu baru bisa, tidak bisa langsung datang, bisa di antar dan di jemput di terminal Hirayu onsen.."

"This hotel was excellent value for money. Our room was VERY spacious relative to other places we stayed in Tokyo/Osaka etc., and the amenities were high quality. We could see mountains out of one window and Matsumoto Castle out of the other, and it was a very easy walk to the Castle and many restaurants. "Okuhida Hot Spring Hirayukan is conveniently located, just a short and easy walk from the Hirayu Onsen bus terminal. A small shop beside the ryokan sells snacks and drinks, which is useful especially in the quieter evenings.

"The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri.
