"This resort was probably a shining star in the 90s but it's pretty dilapidated nowadays and in need of updating and renovations. The price was great for an apartment in that locations and the beds were comfortable - we did enjoy our stay! One major issue I want to mention, for families with young kids, is the spiral staircase to the loft. The spacing of the guard rails is so wide that even our 4 year old could have slipped right through and there's a major drop to the lower level - terrifying to...

"My wife and I travel very frequently. I wish there were more properties like this available in other cities. It gets very old and boring to see the same hotel room no matter the city. It’s very refreshing to stay at a place that truely feels like a home.
The property was spotless and the gym/pool are amazing.
5 stars all the way around."

"I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location.
Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival.
Check in process was complex and frustrating.
Overall very frustrating experience. 0 star review"
