"The food we ordered from room service was barely edible, we almost threw it away, but it would’ve stunk up the room.
So we went down to the hotel restaurant, wow what a disappointment. So we left the hotel and went to find some local place to eat. Much better.
Did I mention the toilet? 10:00 PM as we were getting ready to go to bed my wife decided to use the toilet. oh yeah, the toilet OVERFLOWED, as you can imagine we were a little panicked. He called down, looking for some urgent help, 20...

"Everything was fantastic! We love coming here. However, this time around the service was very slow and we had to keep reminding the staff that we ordered. Also, we had to send drinks back multiple times because they didn’t taste right or were flat out wrong. Other than that this place is incredible and we will continue to stay here."

"We stayed for a couple of hours into our planned 4-night visit. But we saw a few things that prompted us to cancel our stay and leave.
My husband saw a prostitute in the hallway, and the lobby smelled like marijuana. The pool was packed with people. Our shower leaked all over the floor, and our TV didn't work. We didn't feel comfortable staying there with our kids because we worried about safety and, potentially, bed bugs. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and fully refunded our trip."
