"We stayed at Sheraton the night before our cruise, and because we landed early, I paid for early check-in. The hotel was a short distance from the Westlake Link station, so it was a quick walk with all our luggage. Check-in was extremely fast & worth the $40 to be able to get in 4 hours early. We were there a total of 24 hours (4 of us in 2 queen beds), and we had no issues. The room was spacious & clean, as was the remainder of the hotel. "Also, Ms Erica was extraordinarily kind the next day when she asked housekeeping to check my room for my missing wedding ring, and then she went to double-check herself even after they said it wasn't there. I later found out that it was in my suitcase, but I appreciated her kindness and extra effort."
