"Booked here because of the indoor pool, which was closed. Disappointed. There was garbage all over in front from one of the garbage cans & still like that the next day. Horrible loud guests until 3 am, which I complained about 3 times & it took 3-4 calls each time to get the front desk to answer & nothing was done about it & smelled marijuana. Traveling with a child & got no sleep & no swim. "

"Awful. Chlorine smell on one side of the hotel. Didn’t even stay for breakfast because the rooms were dirty including the bathroom. We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. They wouldn’t even see the rooms and clean them because they said the cleaning staff went home. Old and dusty fixtures and furniture. Torn ottomans in the lobby. Just an awful mess of a...
