"Overall, our stay was okay. The staff was kind and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the pool and spa, they were clean and a nice way to relax.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. The room didn’t include basic toiletries, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue was the noise. Guests gathered in the courtyard and were loud well into the night, making it difficult to sleep. We were hoping for a more restful stay.

"The room was clean and there was nice scent in the air throughout the hotel! The Hyatt Regency is far better than the Hyatt just down the road. Although the Hyatt Regency had a girl at the front desk that didn’t have a good grasp of the English language so it was difficult getting answers to my questions. "
