"The most inconvenient hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). Currently under renovation, and my room was renovated, but still extremely basic (especially for the price). Not even a desk or computer chair to sit at for work. "As soon as we arrived, we saw a member of staff smoking a joint in the guest parking lot (we do come from a country that has legalized marijuana - so its not unusual for us to see, but this was a first impression optics).
We step into the hotel and it was going through a massive renovation right from the front doorway and there is dust absolutely everywhere. We came in with 2 small children in a stroller and were offered a room on the 2nd floor, that looked like it had seen some better days....
