"Das Hotel ist gut für eine Nacht, wenn man einen frühen Flug erreichen möchte. Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich, ebenso im Restaurant. Leider schafft es das Hotel nicht, den üblen Geruch aus den Gängen zu entfernen. Trotz irgendwelchen Duft Utensilien, merkt man, daß es nach 'Kanal' riecht... Zum Glück ist das in den Zimmern nicht der Fall."

"We stayed in the apt. 2 big rooms with an en-suite bathroom and living room between. Plenty of space and the AC worked too. Would stay here again. Close to train station. A little bit of a walk to central Stuttgart and restaurants."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Besonders das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!"

"Room said multiple beds, there was one bed…
You would think no problem, i will go get it sorted at reception, but no.
Staff wanted €40 euro upgrade for a room with two beds, stating also the only reason i couldn’t have the room with multiple beds is because i didn’t have a child.
I paid for a room with multiple beds, and it read as such on the receipt.
Basic customer service, decency and courtesy seriously lacking."
