Xanthia Hotel Guide - 4 Stars Hotels in Xanthia, Mpumalanga

"We had a short stay at the Sanbonani Resort Hotel with our family. The rooms were large and quiet. The staff were friendly and we had the evening buffet which was good value. For our trips to Kruger it proved to be a good location and excellent value."

"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."

"Excellent"

"The villa was magnificent and in many ways better than what's shown in the photos. All the staff were very professional and made sure we were taken care of."

"Great! I had a wonderful time! The room is clean, comfortable and spacious and the property is beautiful. I would totally recommend."

"Casa do Sol was quiet compared to our previous stays here but this didn't stop the staff doing everything they could to make our stay agreeable. Of particular note was the high standard of the food which we thoroughly enjoyed. Go now and enjoy as the hotel will soon be busy again. A great place to stay before you go into Kruger."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Little Pilgrims. Our room was quiet and clean. The shower was good. Everyone was very helpful. There were veggie food options."

"Highlight was the jacuzzi, the room is dated and needs some work. Location was good for access to panoroma and Kruger. "

"The lodge sits on a hill, giving a nice view to any room! Clean room equipped with everything you needed."

"Lovely and comfortable thank you "

"Such a wonderful stay. The lodge, staff and rangers were fabulous…just fabulous. Don’t even think about it…just book !"

"Very cozy place, nice and helpfull hostress and delicious breakfast"

"The property is extremely hard to find because the Google map will not be able to get you there. The staff was not prepared for our arrival, as they already had anticipated that we would not be able to find it. Consequently, the restaurant had a menu but there were only two different cuts of steak. with one piece each. since there was nothing else we ate the steak, which was fine. Getting there, you will have to travel through some neighbourhoods that didn’t seem too safe to me."

"Beautiful and tranquil location. The views are stunning across the hills and Sabie river. The cottage was beautifully decorated and designed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious "

"Beautiful place, clean, and very spacious! Hippos at river at sunset and sunrise. "

"All good"

"The power was out when we arrived and the staff were less than helpful about providing any torches or lamps. It was off for 24 hours. I would not book through hotels.com again, as these properties offered at the resort are privately owned and therefore the staff have little or no interest in their maintenance. Very disappointing unit, tired. "

"The property is set on a wonderful estate on a good golf course by the Sabie river. Great pool area with good dining."

"Good choice for Hazyview. Centrally located with restaurants in walking distance."
