"Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night. While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality...

"Lovely hotel, and great position. However Wifi was not good if you need to work using the usualy Western programs. My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "

"Traveled from US, great newer hotel with good amenities. Dining, Bar, close to the lake with walking or bike path. Laundry service was excellent. Rooms have wonderful amenities, bathtub and are bright and clean. I will only stay here going forward when I travel to Xiamen city "
