"Amazing breakfast and dinner with lots of variety which meant we didn’t have to eat fast food each night. Excellent service from all staff who went above and beyond during out stay. Only thing i would comment on is the cleanliness as you leave the hotel from the back side to Al Haram this could be improved, huge contrast from front of hotel which is immaculate and clean"

"The good thing of this hotel is the location very close to Al Haram and very nice & comfort room with best view to Al Haram. Unfortunately, we have to say that we are very disappointed to the reception staff and concierge staffs that under our expectation as the famous 5 star hotel background, reception staff they do not speak english (difficult to communicate) and seems not professional, the concierge staff not helpful as required and tend to ignore the guest.
