"This is a great hotel in the heart of San Remo. Spa is newly refitted and the relaxation area / steam room / sauna are high quality and immaculately clean. The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, is that our room was connecting to another and the noise transference is more than we would have liked. In mentioning this to the staff, we were told that our only option was to pay the excess to upgrade to the next category of room. I wasn't angling for an upgrade - just needed a quiet room!"

Check-in was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond, even giving us a personal tour and arranging a car to Monaco. We were greeted with champagne in our room and recognized by name everywhere we went — lobby, restaurants, and beyond. Flawless service, warm hospitality, and views that are worth every penny. Truly an unforgettable experience!"
