"Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc."

"I would say it is a very family-friendly hotel. The animation team was excellent and did a great job entertaining the children. The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. No matter what temperature you put it would just not cold off the room. Old smelly carpets. The bathroom had mold and even the mirror was deteriorated. If...

"Terrible, forget to clean our room and than clean very unprofessionaly. From 22:15 no hot wather supply and we have to leave hotel without taking shower. Unfreindly staff. Weak security. Restaurants options very limited. Location great"

"Very limited breakfast. You had to stay in line for about 10 minutes to get a small cap of coffee. No towels for the beach. No area on the beach - you have to pay or stay in empty 'free zone'."
