"Exceptional care and hospitality was provided by the staff!
We had an elderly family member staying alone for a day, and the staff went above and beyond, from a smooth check-in and escorting them to the room, to assisting with breakfast and lunch.
They also helped with the luggage and arranged a taxi to Delhi T3, ensuring they were dropped right at the airline counter. It was incredibly reassuring to know they were in such caring hands. Wonderful staff and truly outstanding service!"

"It was a fabulous stay. The breakfast was incredible. Too much too try. The new spa was absolutely lovely. I stayed here last year and the service has been upgraded and it has become my favorite hotel in Delhi."

"The AC did not work in our room despite the service man coming two times to try and fix it. The person that cleaned our room left the lock on the door fixed and our room was open for the entire day with all our valuables inside. Meals are super expensive!! $30 for the buffet! Not impressed with this supposedly 4-star hotel. We cancelled our room for an additional night when we came back from traveling and booked at the Aloft for $75 cheaper and way better experience."
