If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. The most disappointing issue was the washer and dryer. The listing clearly...
